I spent the last two weeks with watching a lot of Doctor Who episodes (now that my DVD box finally got delivered, wooo! \o/) and at last I tried to make the LotAdjuster do what I want it to. The result is what you can see here.

Two lots (mirrored versions) with three flats each. All you have to do is to place them by turns (first version 1, then version 2, then version 1 again) to get a proper rowhouse look. It's not perfect though - the LotAdjuster won't let you place walls at the edge of the lot, so I had to use connecting walls. They mess the pattern up a bit, but I think it's not too noticeable and/or bad looking. Don't delete those walls, you won't be able to replace them without a lot of hassle with the LotAdjuster and entering/exiting the game. You don't want this, believe me. Just do not delete those walls.

There's room for up to four sims, or even more if they're really poverty stricken. Each flat has a small front garden and a bigger backyard and two storeys. After adjusting they're 2x2 lots.

Included in the .rar are the two houses, a readme/credits text file and the master files for the doors and windows. Do not delete those, unless you want to replace them. The AL door is predestined somehow ^^
I think everything is BG compatible, but I'm not one hundred percent sure. It'd be awesome if someone with only basegame (or AnyGameStarter) installed could confirm this :)
But note: you need at least one EP (no matter which one) for the custom fences to show up anyway!

Last but not least have a cleaninstaller screenshot.

So credits go to julsfels, guatla, leesester, evanesco, Inge Jones, CuriousB and Trapping - and Mootilda for the LotAdjuster of course!

Did you upload them? I haven't seen any except for the ones at MTS which weren't really what I was looking for. But it's never bad to have options, right? ;)
